Funding Limits and criteria:
- Projects/events will normally be subject to a £400 maximum funding limit
- Successful proposals will fund activities relating to practice-led or practice-based research in the Arts
- Proposals should identify clear potential benefits to the broader community of practice-based / practice-led researchers within the faculty of AHC
- Projects / events must be led by staff and/or PGRs based within the faculty of AHC
- Applications for costs associated with presenting work at UK or international conferences by an individual researcher will normally be ranked as low priority and will be unlikely to obtain funding
- CePRA funding will aim to represent practice research activities from a broad range of disciplines within the faculty of AHC; multiple applications to fund a single project are discouraged and are likely to be rejected
- Applications to fund catering costs are discouraged
In this round, CePRA encourage applications to support the following types of project or event:
- study days/events that relate clearly and directly to practice research in the Arts, and that may be of interest to multiple disciplines
- projects which investigate the nature of research practice in the Arts, and potentially offer new insights into practice research
- projects or events which encourage the formation of new collaborations or new networks
